Product
Sizing
- Sabotage garments are designed to comfortably fit your regular shape in all areas – We recommend sticking to your normal size.
- If you prefer a slightly tighter fit, go a size down.
- If you prefer a baggier fit, go a size up.
Washing Instructions
- Each item comes with a washing instruction label inside, but as long as you don’t throw it into the fires of Mordor or pour acid on it you should be fine.
Materials
- Sabotage only uses meticulously chosen, ethically-sourced, premium materials, all finished with a soft treatment for a plush feel.
- Materials used for each garment can be found in each item’s product page description and inner labels of each piece.
Manufacturing
- All materials and garments are ethically sourced and made in our factory in Pakistan.
Ordering
Ordering Steps
- How did you manage to find the page that tells you how to place an order, but couldn't figure out how to place an order?
- Having issues placing an order? Drop us an email and we’ll give you a hand, or we can place the order on our end for you.
Order Status
- You can check the shipping status of your order using the tracking number provided when you placed your order.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be despatched and tracking information to update.
- If no update has been made after 5 days of placing your order, please drop us an email and we’ll sort it out for you.
Amending/ Cancelling Orders
- You’re able to amend your order from the cart page before payment is made at checkout.
- If you need to amend or cancel your order after you’ve made payment, please email us.
- Please note that we won’t be able to amend or cancel your order once it has already been processed and shipped. You will have to return your order and reorder it.
Order Lost/ Damaged
- If your order has been lost, please contact the carrier directly as they will have the most up to date information on your parcel.
- If they are unable to help, please contact us with the following information:
- Order Number
- Date of Expected Delivery
- Correspondence with carrier showing delivery status on their end
- If you order has arrived damaged or faulty, please see Damaged/ Faulty Garments section in the Returns section of the FAQs.
Technical Difficulties
- If you experience any technical difficulties on our site, please email us. You never know we might give you free stuff for your troubles (we definitely won’t).
Local VAT
- All prices will include any applicable local VAT and will be collected and paid by Sabotage.
Payments
Payment Options
- We currently accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX as well as Klarna (UK customers only).
- We’re working on adding more local methods but drop us an email and let us know any you think we should add!
Discount Codes
- We’ll offer discount codes from time to time (too much if anything) which can be entered at the Cart or Checkout page in the “Discount Code” section.
- If you’re having trouble with a discount code you believe should be working, then drop us an email.
- If you’ve forgotten to apply your code at checkout after placing an order, it can be difficult for us to apply it afterwards, however, get in touch and we’ll see if we can sort something for you.

Currencies
- All orders are charged in GBP.
- We’ll be adding more transactable currencies soon, so stop bloody whining about the exchange rates alright?
Transaction Fees & Charges
- As we take all payments on our website in GBP, international customers paying in their local currency may get international card charges and currency conversion fees via their bank.
- Please check what these might be with your bank, Sabotage has no control over these charges and cannot advise you on what they might be.
Shipping
UK Shipping Times
- We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of your order being placed.
- Standard Delivery - Typically 2-3 working days after despatch.
- Express Delivery – Typical 1-2 working days after despatch.
- All shipping times are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed. The estimated times above are subject to individual carrier circumstances during the time of delivery, which may cause delays in transit.
- If you haven’t received a delivery update within 5 days of despatch, drop us an email.
International Shipping Times
- We aim to despatch international orders within 24 hours of your order being placed.
- US – Typically 5-10 working days after despatch (depending on which state you are ordering from)
- EU - We currently don't ship to EU countries, however are planning to soon. If you are based in the EU and would like to order something, please drop us an email at support@sabotageclo.com and we will help as best as we can!
- Rest of World – We currently only ship to UK and US addresses, however we are planning ship to more countries soon. Please drop us an email at support@sabotageclo.com and let know where you are so we can prioritise setting up shipping for your country sooner!

Shipping Costs
- UK
+ Standard - £3.49 (small), £4.99 (medium)
+ Express - £3.99 (small), £5.99 (medium)
- EU
+ £10-£14 – Shipping prices vary based on destination country; final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
- Rest of World
+ £20-£28 - Shipping prices vary based on destination country; final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
Tax & Duties
- UK Orders – No duties will apply, as we ship from our UK warehouse.
- US Orders
- Orders under $800 (incl. Shipping) will not incur duties.
- Orders over $800 are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning any additional duties or customs charges are due on delivery and will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Tip: Make sure your order is under $800 by splitting it across 2 or more orders to avoid any duties (ya big spender you)
- Tip: Use https://www.simplyduty.com/ to calculate whether any duties charges will apply to your order, then amend your cart accordingly.
Customs Delays
- Customs clearance and any customs delays are completely beyond our control (so stop bugging us alright?)
- We recommend getting in touch with your local customs authority and/or the shipping carrier for details on clearance across the border and applicable customs fees
Returns
Full Price Returns Policy
- To start your return, please email us support@sabotageclo.com with the subject line "Return - [Your Order Number]" and we will send your returns slip and return instructions.
- SABOTAGE does not cover the returns postage cost; this must be paid by the customer (because we’re not a damn charity).
- We recommend you choose a tracked postal service to ensure safe receipt of your return back to our warehouse.
- Each item returned is thoroughly inspected and will only be accepted if they are unwashed, unworn, have original tags still attached and in original packaging
- If your return is accepted, we will issue a full refund of the product to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take between 5-7 business days to arrive back to you, although this can take longer depending on the payment method used for the initial purchase.
- If you still have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact your bank/ payment provider and drop us an email showing their response so we can help sort this out for you.
Sale Items Returns Policy
- We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty (I’m sure you’ll survive without your Starbies coffee money for a couple of weeks).
Exchanges
- The fastest way to exchange items is to return the item following the instructions in our Returns Policy sections and re-order in your preferred style, colour, or size.
Returns Postage
- Sabotage does not cover the returns postage cost; this must be paid by the customer (because we’re not a damn charity).
- We recommend you choose a tracked postal service to ensure safe receipt of your return back to our warehouse.
Damaged/ Faulty Garments
- If you receive a garment or garments that are faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality or unsafe, please drop us an email at info@sabotageclo.com with the below info:
- Photo(s) clearly showing what you believe to be faulty about the product(s)
- Proof of purchase of the item(s)
- If you don’t provide these then we’re assume you’re a dirty, lying scumbag and we’ll tell on you to all your family and friends (trust me I will, I have nothing better to do).
