- To start your return, please email us support@sabotageclo.com with the subject line "Return - [Your Order Number]" and we will send your returns slip and return instructions.
- SABOTAGE does not cover the returns postage cost; this must be paid by the customer (because we’re not a damn charity).
- We recommend you choose a tracked postal service to ensure safe receipt of your return back to our warehouse.
- Each item returned is thoroughly inspected and will only be accepted if they are unwashed, unworn, have original tags still attached and in original packaging
- If your return is accepted, we will issue a full refund of the product to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take between 5-7 business days to arrive back to you, although this can take longer depending on the payment method used for the initial purchase.
- If you still have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact your bank/ payment provider and drop us an email showing their response so we can help sort this out for you.
